Return Policy
We strive to provide our customers with the best service. If something is wrong with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the following conditions are met.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Opened packaging will only be accepted if everything is still original inside and there is no damage.
- Products that are not defective or incorrectly delivered cannot be returned.
Reasons for Return:
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The product arrived defective.
- The wrong order was delivered.
Return Costs:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- The customer must arrange a shipping label and return the product.
Refund & Processing:
- If the product is defective or incorrect, a replacement product will be sent initially.
- A refund will only be offered if a replacement product is not possible.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to submit your return request.
- After approval, you will receive the return address.
- Ship the product back and keep the shipping proof.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will contact you regarding the further handling.
Exchange for Defective or Incorrect Delivery:
- If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, we will send a new product once the return shipment is received and inspected.

Our stock is located in the main warehouse in Asia, and returns must be sent back to this warehouse at the customer's expense.
