   We offer free shipping for all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

2. Shipping Areas
   We ship orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. For specific requests outside these regions, please contact our customer service.

3. Delivery Time
   Our standard delivery time is 7-12 working days.
   During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer.
   We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2 days.

4. Shipping Partners
   We ship our packages via reliable carriers such as PostNL and BPost.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
   Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
   This allows you to track the status of your delivery.

6. Non-Delivered or Delayed Packages
   If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us via email and provide your tracking number and address.
   If the package is found to be lost in transit, we will send a new one free of charge.
